Training and tutoring
The Egis training organisation and each company offer diverse training covering both of the following.
- Technical training sessions for each job category based on the expertise of internal trainers.
- Training paths to develop the skills that are essential to successfully carry out projects in environments which are becoming even more diverse: team management, commercial management, contract and legal training, economic management, cultural diversity, language courses, etc.
Know-how transferred on a continual basis
In addition to the professional training courses, Egis takes advantage of the knowledge sharing and capitalisation practices implemented in some of its subsidiaries.

Tutors assist in transferring skills within the framework of integration, internal promotion or expert development processes.
