4th South Algiers bypass project

The Agence Nationale des Autoroutes (National Motorway Agency) called for a tender concerning the 4th South Algiers bypass project studies.

Egis Route was entrusted the design of Lot 3 from RN8 interchange (East Dirah) to Bordj Bou Arreridj.

The 4th South Algiers bypass (approximately 400km long) presents some characteristics which are similar to a 2x2 lanes toll motorway that can be widened to 2x3 lanes.

The objective of this contract is to free the Algiers area from transit traffic (currently using the 1st and 2nd bypasses) by diverting it through the Tellian Atlas.
