Réunion Island: Tamarins road - St Paul and Etang salé section RD10 - RD17

33-km-long, 4-lane expressway, linking Saint-Paul to Etang Salé in difficult terrain on the west side of the island, involving:
- 4 exceptional bridges
- 23 non standard bridges/structures
- 3 tunnels and covered trenches
- 70 hydraulic structures and restoring communications

Full project management: designs and construction supervision, various client assistance assignments concerning the whole section excluding 3 exceptional bridges individually project-managed:
- preliminary design and preliminary bridge designs
- design and bridge designs
- assistance with procurement (negotiating contracts and preparing tender documents)
- checking final designs
- construction management
- organisation, management, general works coordination
- assistance with works acceptance procedures
