Construction of a new multimodal urban boulevard, 4.5 km long, to the "Complexe scientifique de Rangueil" from Quint Fonsegrive (future East link) including:

• 2 cars and heavy goods vehicles lanes
• 2 bus lanes to the actual site
• 1 pedestrian and cyclist crossing over the the South bypass, the East bypass, the Hers river and the Toulouse - Narbonne railway
