July 9 & 10th, 2010: Official opening of Brive Airport
On Friday 9th July, Jean-Louis Nesti (Chairman of the Syndicat Mixte de l’Aéroport and the CCI du Pays de Brive) officially opened the new airport, together with Dominique Bussereau (Secretary of State in charge of Transport) and other regional politicians. On Saturday afternoon, the public attended an air show hosted by the Patrouille de France.

INELFE (INterconnexion ELectrique France-Espagne) on behalf of RTE (Réseau de Transport d’Electricité) and REE (Red Eléctrica de España) -responsible for running the French and Spanish electricity transmission system between Perpignan and Figueras- entrusted Egis Route with the assistance to the owner of its major infrastructure project connecting France to Spain, in the Eastern part of the Pyrénées.

On June 25th, 2009, in FSNT NOT building in Warsaw a ceremony was held, finalising XIX edition of the competition « Construction of the year 2008 » organised by PZITB in cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and GUNB. The II level award was granted to the project « Construction of bridge crossing over Warta river - a new alignment of the national road No. 25 » supervised among others by Egis companies* and with the Municipal Authorities of Konin as an investor. AFNOR Certification has renewed for a period of 3 years the quality (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO 14001) certificates of Egis Route. These certificates have been renewed without interruption since 1999 for quality, and 2002 for environment. Egis Route was the 1st French engineering company to be certified ISO 14001.

The Champagne Ardenne «Direction Régionale de l’Environnement, de l’Aménagement et du Logement» (DREAL) has awarded to Egis Route (subconsultants: Egis Structures et Environnement, Egis Mobilité, AEI and Iris Conseil) full engineering and project management services (EPCM equivalent) for the construction of a new 21km long motorway section between Charleville-Mézières and Rocroi (near the Belgium border).
